Joy of Cooking Revised Edition

Hey, who would have thought that the fritatta would turn out good? It kicked some serious ass. I can't say that drinking before and after didn't help, but man. I'm a good cook if you look past the series of set backs until the final product.
I'll tell you how much I love fritattas after it's the only thing I eat all week. It's seriously the only thing in my house to eat aside from a helluva lot of condiments and booze.
